Sarah has been on the sidelines and in the stands (often slinging popcorn in the concession shack) for years. Thanks to some busy kids and a husband intent on finding the perfect work bag for commuting, she has closets full of nylon, ottertex, ripstop, polyamide, packcloth, dyneema, etc., sport bags - mainly backpacks. She is Gen X but wears a seat belt and remembers when preppy meant something like penny loafers, pea coats and Pappagallos. She likes things that last. In fact, that's her grandmother's dress she's wearing and her other Grandmother's necklace and some vintage 1970s shades courtesy of the amazing Adelsteins.
